Q: Do I mix the packet in water?

A: Nope! All you do is rip the packed and squeeze. No water, no fuss, no mess!

Q: When is the best time to take the jelly?

Q: I just placed an order. When will it ship?

A: Expect to get a tracking # within 2-3 business days 

Q: Do you guys accept refunds/ returns?

A: All sales are final. If you feel that your purchase meets a special circumstance, please feel free to email info@easytomorrowus.com with subject line "Order #:" to inquire further. 

Q: I put the wrong shipping address. Can you help me?

A: If you notice that you have placed the wrong shipping address, please email us at info@easytomorrowus.com with subject line "Order #:" and we will do our best to modify the address on our end. 

Q: I accidentally made a purchase & I want to cancel it. How can I do that?

A: If you accidentally placed an order, please reach out to us at info@easytomorrowus.com for assistance. We’ll attempt to cancel the order before it progresses to processing. If the order has already been shipped, please return it within 30 days for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unopened, with the original seal intact, and returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns of opened packages.
